With this in mind, sisters Rana Kotaiche Najjar and Rima Kotaiche El-Husseini established Blessing in 1996.

They started the business as two women entrepreneurs decorating events’ gifts and chocolates from a small space underground in the same building where Rana lives.

“Our very first order was for the birth occasion of my son Fouad”, said Rana. “The souvenir favor was a small round shape clay pot, wrapped in a circular movement with thin ropes, with sugared almonds inside and a vintage-style teddy bear sitting on”, Rana continues.

While Rana was in the delivery room, Rima was at the stationary printing small tags with BLESSING and my mobile number on.

Fast forward, today Rana and Rima grew the business and expanded regionally, catering for most of the region’s royal events, with branches in Beirut, Oman and Bahrain.

The creative process at Blessing is a highly personalized journey which prioritizes the client’s taste and ensures exceptional service to meet his/her needs. “We will be on hand to help you at every stage, usually starting with the invitations all the way through to the wedding favors & settings, up until the Thank You cards”, says Rana.

Blessing’s bespoke couture wedding invitations are exclusively created by skilled atelier team designers, in collaboration with printing professionals using cutting-edge technologies. The packaging is also hand-made, beautifully crafted by in-house artisans. “We work with a myriad of textures, materials and illustrations to design invitations perfectly coordinated to suit each individual event” Rima says.
